Paul Reith
Paul has over 26 years experience as a senior healthcare investment banker with international investment banks such as Barings and HSBC, originating and executing international cross-border M&A transactions.
Paul is also is an experienced private equity executive with Broadwater Health, investing in and commercializing innovative healthcare technologies.

Dr Conal Perrett
Dr Perrett is the founder of 18 Week Support, the largest clinical insourcing provider to the NHS. 18 Week Support was borne out of his vision to expedite patient access to medical care in the UK.
Conal continues to serve as a Consultant Dermatologist & Dermatological Surgeon at University College London Hospitals NHS Trust (UCLH), where he previously led the skin cancer service. He also founded The Devonshire Clinic, one of the largest private Dermatology clinics in London.
Awarded a prestigious Cancer Research UK Fellowship, he subsequently received his PhD in 2008 for his research into skin cancer. He continues his commitment to research and medical education as an Honorary Associate Professor at University College London (UCL).

Sir David Sloman
During a 40-year NHS career, Sir David held CEO and Board roles at a hospital, regional and national level, culminating in Board membership of NHS England.

Sir David had led strategic change programmes at each of these levels and led the NHS in London and subsequently in England through successive waves of the Covid pandemic.
​
Sir David was Knighted in 2017 for his services to the NHS. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine, a Senior Fellow of IHI and a Trustee of the Royal College of Radiologists.

Dr Matthew Banks BSc, MBBS, PhD, FRCP
Dr Banks is a leading Consultant Gastroenterologist in the UK. He is an honorary Associate Clinical Professor at University College London (UCL) and Consultant Gastroenterologist at University College London Hospital (UCLH).

During his career, he has served as Director of Endoscopy at two major London teaching hospitals and has led the world-renowned unit and the largest Barrett’s oesophagus centre in the UK.
​
Dr Banks is also a past secretary to the British Society of Gastroenterology (BSG).
​
Dr Banks is the Gastroenterology Clinical Lead for 18 Weeks Support, the largest provider of Clinical Insourcing services to the NHS, carrying out over 100,000 endoscopy procedures annually.

Anthony Goldstone CBE
Professor Goldstone is a senior haematology specialist with over 35 years’ experience of working in the NHS. He was appointed as a Consultant at University College Hospital (UCH) in 1976 and initiated the first stages of what became the biggest Adult Haematology unit in the UK.

Professor Goldstone is a former Medical Director of University College London Hospital, former President of the British Society of Haematology, and former Chair of the European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation Lymphoma Group. As he founder of the stem cell transplant unit at UCH, Professor Goldstone is a renowned pioneer in haematological stem cell transplantation.
Professor Goldstone has published over 360 peer-reviewed papers in haematology and has authored three books. He was awarded a CBE June 2008 for Services to Medicine.

Yoko is a global healthcare strategist and researcher with over 20 years of experience driving innovations in digital health and health systems strengthening.

Currently a research faculty with the Center for Global Digital Health Innovation at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, Yoko specializes in economic evaluations of digital and AI technologies to enhance health service delivery and equity.
​
Yoko has worked at and collaborated with leading global organizations, including the World Bank, WHO, Clinton Health Access Initiative, Gates Foundation, contributing to strategic global health initiatives and projects across 37 countries.
​
Yoko brings deep expertise in leveraging technology, data-driven solutions and public-private partnerships to improve global health outcomes.
